In 1982 Peter Likourentzos built Park Plaza Restaurant for the neighborhood's residents and workers. We prided ourselves in quality, convince, Value, And a warm caring atmosphere. Peters' son Dimitri took the opportunity to attend the Culinary Institute of America and later work under some of the top chefs of New York and make the vision of park plaza his own. Chef Owner Dimitri Invites you to experience his vison of Park Plaza being a courtyard of multiple restaurants. Brooklyn BBQ being our first brick and mortar addition. Dimitri's Greek Kouzina and Bitch'n Burger are our ghost kitchens serving out of the same passionate kitchens of Chef Dimitri that you can experience online for delivery and take out.
