We are a leading arts and media institution anchored in Downtown Brooklyn whose work spans contemporary visual and performing arts, media, and civic action. For over forty years, our institution has shaped Brooklyn's cultural and media landscape by presenting and incubating artists, creators, students, and media makers.

BRIC arts and media education programs reach over 25,000 individuals. Our Media Center offers a variety of free and wallet-friendly, high-quality film, TV, and podcasting courses, serving 6,000 adult students annually. BRIC’s in-school and afterschool programs reach 3,800 students in 35+ public schools, in 19 neighborhoods throughout Brooklyn.
