Take a Breath brings artists, musicians, and subject-area experts together to explore the intersection of music, mental health, and community. In three free workshops at Mother AME Zion Church, we will witness the power of music to heal, guide, and inspire us at various stages of our lives.
Mother AME Zion Church is located at 140–148 West 137th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and Lenox Avenue, in Harlem.
